Sometime you’ve just got to ignore what the weather man thinks and get out there, the forecast was for very strong winds and torrential rain but thankfully we managed to miss the worst of it as the heavier showers passed to the south. I was using my usual Terra Nova Adventure 2 Tarp and Army Gore-tex Bivvy combination. My bivvy is in need of replacement or fixing as the seam sealing tape has started to come away inside, it’s not doing bad though to say I’ve had it for 10 years and used it many times. I’ve had numerous request to do a kit video and also a camera equipment video, during this outing I spoke about the Camera / Lens / Microphone combination I had with me (a Canon 7D with a 17-40mm F/4.0 Lens and a RODE VideoMic Go). I did some time lapsing on the cliffs and also around the fire and it was great to be back out there again after a break of a few weeks from making videos.
